CHALLENGE
The company's existing website needed improvement to better
reflect the professionalism, care and service standards
that their customers have come to expect. Specifically,
they needed to increase visual appeal and streamline rate
requests processes that are received online.
THE SOLUTION
The Liberated team was conscious of slow connection speeds
of some European clients, but used innovative methods
to redefine TL Shipping's professional image through professional
imagery, high quality photos and clean, sharp lines.
The new website leverages the company's combined 70+ years
experience to showcase transfer experience, as well as
testimonials for international happy clients.
Additionally, the Liberated team created electronic and
printable forms to increase the speed with which TL Shipping
can respond to rate requests.
