INTRODUCTION
As
a leading Internet service provider in Nova Scotia, KwikLink
Internet Services uses innovative technologies and a forward-looking
approach to provide its customers with quality Internet
solutions that meet their individual needs.
The company has been in operation since 1996 with service
offerings including Internet connectivity and webhosting
for both home and business use.
PROJECT
TYPE - IDENTITY DESIGN
CHALLENGE
KwikLink’s look had not been updated since the company’s
inception. The website and other materials were rather
busy to the eye. The company’s brand and identity
were not clearly reflected in its advertising and other
marketing materials, despite a strong and recognizable
profile in the South Shore community.
The company needed to increase visual appeal, enhance
its professional image and integrate these with the pre-existing
sense of community from its customers.
THE SOLUTION
The Liberated team saw an opportunity to continue building
a community presence while in the process of overhauling
visual identity. A website was created with different
potential looks that encouraged KwikLink’s customers
to vote for their favourite and add comments.
Other visual identity materialswere designed with a result
that increased awareness, acceptance and further strengthened
the KwikLink-customer relationship.
